Ms. Lejarza is Keynote Speaker at Compliance key Inc she has been working in Human Resources for over two decades. Graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor in Management and a Minor in Human Resources. She is the founder and president of Lejarza HR Consulting. The company was founded in August 24, 2013 in Greenville, SC. to provide training and consulting services to small to medium sized companies throughout the United States. Ms. Lejarza can customize each training program to fit each individual organization.
In 2015 Ms. Lejarza started a project creating different learning methods to assist HR Professionals obtain their certification credentials for PHR and SPHR. Ms. Lejarza utilizes a visual learning technique she learned after working for 13 years with individuals with cognitive disabilities. She learned that using visual does not just help people with disabilities learn and remember concepts but also it helps individuals without disabilities.
Ms. Lejarza has found her niche in the areas of ADA and FMLA and Employment Laws, Employee Relations and Internal Investigations. She also has a passion for public speaking and enjoys sharing her journey in her new role as an entrepreneur. Ms. Lejarza started her career in HR with Target as a Human Resources Manager, also worked for AutoZone as a Regional HR Manager conducting internal investigations. Additionally, Ms. Lejarza worked for Bloomingdales and Walgreens also in Human Resources. Ms. Lejarza is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, the Anderson SHRM, the Greenville SHRM, and a regular speaker for the Greenville American Payroll Association.
Ms. Lejarza is devoted and committed to assist individuals accomplish their professional dreams just like she is accomplishing her own by sharing her knowledge and skills Her motto "There is no time to take baby steps any more. It's time to fly as high as you can because the sky is the limit".
